Our servers have been whitelisted
All of our delivery servers have been whitelisted by many of the largest and far reaching ISPs, including AOL and Yahoo! Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISPs such as Hotmail and MSN. These arrangements ensure the best chance of your emails being delivered and allow us to keep any sender not following best practices off our servers.
We monitor Blacklists Daily
Our staff monitors hundreds of the most common blacklists each and every day. If a server is ever listed (and it can happen to even the most well behaved permission-based email servers,) we remove it from our cluster and immediately resolve the issue on behalf of our customers.
Best practices are baked right in
Every email sent through DrySell will contain a single-click unsubscribe link allowing any subscribers to remove themselves quickly and easily. Smart bounce and complaint handling will automatically detect different types of bounces and react accordingly. Undeliverable addresses are removed immediately, temporary fails are given additional chances before removal based on best industry best practices.
We use a number of third party tools to monitor our inbox delivery to dozens of the leading ISPs allowing us to spot potential delivery issues and react immediately - and our human approval process keeps you safe from other users that would abuse the system. Before a new customer can even send their first campaign, they are reviewed by our team to ensure they meet our comprehensive criteria covering permission, email content, privacy and more.

To keep your data safe, secure and always available we use a state-of-the-art redundant server cluster in a fully managed, world class data center. All sensitive data is stored on servers behind a constantly maintained firewall using the same level of encryption as many banks. Our US-based data center is monitored 24x7 for all aspects of operational security and performance. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art security such as biometrics and sensors for intrusion detection.
We have redundancy at every layer of our application to ensure a smooth recovery in the event of any type of hardware failure. All data is also securely backed up offsite for the unlikely event of a system-wide failure.
